This hotel was a hidden gem, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The staff were excellent, exuding warmth and care. The complimentary breakfast was hot and filling, and the location was great, with the hotel being near shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms with 2 queen size beds were comfortable and the basic amenities were satisfactory.

One small aspect could be improved, but overall, everything was okay.

The value for money was great, and the room perfectly accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The location across from the Arbor Mall and the proximity to the highway were convenient. The staff, both at the front desk and during breakfast, were exceptionally nice and welcoming.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering hot grits and those delicious fresh-tasting chocolate chip cookies that I enjoyed at another Hampton Inn location in Okeechobee, Florida.

The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean rooms with a walk-in shower to the delicious breakfast served every morning. The location right across from Arbor Place mall was so convenient for shopping and dining.

We had an enjoyable stay in a convenient area close to everything, including the aquarium and Coke museum. The room was clean and comfortable with an AC that worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant, and we were impressed by the nice touch of fresh cookies in the lobby every evening. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items, including hot eggs and sausage, waffles, fresh cut fruit, and sweet tea. The parking lot was sizable with plenty of space to park.

Had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The location is really convenient with lots of great restaurants and a movie theatre nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how quickly they moved me to a clean room when I found a towel on the bathroom floor. Overall I'd definitely recommend Hampton Inn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the Arbor Mall and close to the highway. It made it easy for us to explore the Atlanta area and visit the aquarium. Plus, there were many great restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of dining options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The parking was convenient, and we had no trouble finding a spot. The staff, from the friendly front desk person to the accommodating breakfast attendant, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Douglasville for a weekend trip with my family. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. However, I was a bit disappointed not to find hot grits and fresh chocolate chip cookies like the ones at the Hampton Inn in Okeechobee, FL. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and resolved the issue of the room not being ready when we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the hotel's flexibility in giving us adjoining rooms when they didn't have a suite available. it was a great stay at Hampton Inn.
