Friendly and helpful receptionists, even with our limited Turkish. We were pleasantly surprised to find wet handkerchiefs and bonbons at the reception desk, a small but thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location in the bustling market area was exactly what we were looking for, despite being a bit hard to find. I would highly recommend Kent Hotel for a delightful stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by many shops and markets. the staff at the reception was very welcoming and assisted us by offering tissue papers and sweets as a gesture of hospitality. the room was clean and well maintained.

Finding a parking spot was difficult, which made the check-in process a bit of a hassle. We also found the blankets to be insufficient, but we did not ask for more as it should have been provided in the first place.
