I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable for what you got in return. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel had basic amenities, but they were all well-maintained and clean. Lastly, the location was unbeatable. Being just a short walk away from the natural park was incredibly convenient.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was top-notch.

The Kervansaray Hotel in Pamukkale exceeded our expectations. The warm and welcoming family atmosphere made us feel right at home. The delicious food prepared by Mrs Kaya was a highlight of our stay. The comfortable beds and spotlessly clean rooms ensured a restful sleep. The stunning view of Pamukkale from the terrace during breakfast was breathtaking. Our stay at Kervansaray Hotel was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the park entrance and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was amazing. excellent value for money.

We had a small issue with our reservation upon arrival, but the hotel quickly resolved it by arranging for us to stay at a nearby hotel. It was a bit inconvenient, but we were still able to enjoy our stay.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with just a couple minutes' walk to the bus offices and tourist street. it is only about ten minutes away from the travertine gate, making it a quieter alternative to the main drag. The rooftop restaurant provides a good view of the travertines and each room comes with a balcony. The room itself is clean and the air conditioning works well.

One downside is that the ground floor rooms at the hotel can be quite dark, as the only window faces the public entry. This means you have to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, which can make the room feel a bit closed off.

Decent breakfast provided with fresh omelets and good tea or coffee. the location is quite convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. the terrace view from the room was brilliant and we enjoyed watching the city's skyline from our room and the cozy bed.

The hotel staff was not welcoming. the rooms are cramped and feel like they were made for backpackers only.
