We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything in the city. We could easily walk to all the basic monuments and attractions, and there were plenty of amenities nearby. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

The noise level in the rooms was unbearable. the hotel was situated next to a school, and the sound of children playing and yelling could be heard early in the morning and late at night.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and quietness of Madame Roza. Despite being located just steps away from a bustling street, I was pleasantly surprised that no outside noise could be heard in my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. While their English proficiency was limited, it was the genuine connection and warm-heartedness that mattered most to me. The room may not have had a great view, but it didn't bother me as the overall experience was exceptional. I would choose to stay at Madame Roza without hesitation on my future trips to Istanbul. I hope they maintain their high standards and continue to provide a clean and comfortable environment. As guests, it's important for us to play our part in keeping the rooms tidy, as we are representatives of our culture and can leave a positive impression. The proximity of a school, which occasionally resulted in noise from children playing and shouting. However, this should not be an issue for those who aren't light sleepers.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in the center near to basic monuments, Taksim square, and everything in Taksim. The room is clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff were accommodating, allowing for an early check-in and letting us leave our bags after check-out. the hotel provides a fridge, cupboard, heater, and AC in the room.

The lights in the stairwell were on motion sensors and would turn off if there was no movement for more than 5 seconds.
