The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel right at home during our city trip. They even let us check-in early to accommodate our early arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. We were able to easily visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace within minutes. the breakfast spread offered a variety of options and the kitchen staff were attentive and friendly.

The communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they struggled with basic English and seemed preoccupied on their phones. We asked for directions to the Grand Bazaar and they were unable to provide basic guidance.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the clean rooms, good breakfast, and the amazing view of the water from our room. The hotel also offered laundry service for a reasonable price and the staff, especially Arif, provided top-notch customer service.

The soundproofing in the rooms left something to be desired. We were kept up late at night by loud neighbors and street noise, which detracted from the romantic ambiance we were hoping for.
