We were blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated all our requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. The facilities were top-notch, with a sparkling clean swimming pool and spacious rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, as the service provided was top-notch. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight, with exclusive amenities that made us feel luxurious. the indoor swimming pool was clean and serene, providing a peaceful environment to relax. the massage was one of the best we have felt, and the Spa lounge was a great spot to unwind. the location advantages were perfect, as they were easily accessible from the main attractions.

The only minor issue that we encountered was with the breakfast served at the hotel. the variety was limited, and there were no special diet menus available, which made it difficult for us to choose healthy options.

Beautiful and quiet hotel with a lovely pool area. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. We also appreciated the great location, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the city center.

The family suite was a bit cramped and different from the pictures, but it was still comfortable enough for our needs. we struggled with pesky mosquitoes in the room despite our efforts to keep them out.
