We were warmly welcomed and the staff was incredibly helpful. The "Firat" room we stayed in was excellent, located in a historical building in the heart of Mardin. The facilities were spotless and the food was great. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended accommodation!

We were greeted warmly and guided throughout our stay. The receptionist, Mis Bahar, was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. We also enjoyed the rooftop cafe with its stunning views. our experience at Maridin Hotel was delightful. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right on the main road of the downtown area. It's in the heart of the old center of town and offers stunning views of the Mesopotamia valley. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport. The rooms are beautifully decorated and take you back in time, giving the feeling of being in a fairytale. From the antique furniture to the dim lighting, it's a truly enchanting experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are stunning, and the location is perfect.

The hotel had a great location close to the city centre and a stunning view from the room. the staff was helpful and provided useful tips for exploring the city. the room was comfortable and well-decorated. They also provided a hot chocolate bar and Christmas cookies for the festive occasion which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was a disappointment with limited options. They only offered toast and slices of cheese while the coffee was dreadful.
