We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always smiling and ready to assist us with any of our needs. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and boutiques in Karakoy, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this city. The room was impeccably clean, with comfy beds and a stunning view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that the hotel is near Tophane station, making transportation a breeze.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the tram line, making it easy to explore the city and visit the historic sites. Despite being on a noisy street with tough traffic, the rooms are well-insulated, providing a peaceful retreat. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering helpful local recommendations. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooms is great. The hotel also provides airport transfers and a complimentary tea service.

The hotel lacks typical large lobby and lounges or a café, but the receptionist is always ready to make you a nice cup of coffee.

The hotel had some positive aspects, including a great breakfast for a good price and friendly staff. the location was also great as it was close to a tram station, making it easy to get around the city. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable living space.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel that impacted my experience. For starters, the staircase was steep and narrow, which was inconvenient as the lift was small and only accommodated one or two people with luggage.

Great location in a buzzing Stambul area, our sea view room with a lovely balcony overlooked the main street. The staff, especially Tolge, was very friendly and eager to help with everything. We loved the authentic Turkish breakfast and found the hotel amazing for the price.

We had a bit of trouble with the steep stairs as I was traveling with my elderly father. However, this hotel is wonderful in every aspect.

Loved exploring the heart of Karakoy and indulging in delicious Turkish and international cuisines at nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel provided convenience with amenities like a coffee shop and daily housekeeping.
