Located in a rough part of the city, with no good view around, but at least it's really close to Taksim Square. The room and bathroom are average in terms of cleanliness and quality. The staff provides acceptable service, but nothing extraordinary. The breakfast is limited, but decent enough. There are some nice facilities in the hotel, such as 24-hour shuttle service and good Wi-Fi connectivity.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located can be quite sketchy, especially at night which can be a concern for backpackers.

Our stay at Naz City Hotel Taksim - Special Category was worth every penny. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great value for our money. The location was ideal, close to Taksim Square without the noise. The staff were friendly and always went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed.

Staying here was just amazing! This venue is located on a boulevard, just 750 meters approx from the main square which makes it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They had great room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and even grocery shopping service. The shuttle service and airport shuttle were great! They had free and paid shuttle services depending on your needs. The staff welcomed me with a drink and were always offering tours or ticket assistance. The rooms were spacious, had several amenities such as air conditioning, electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The leisure spa & wellness centre was just divine! It had amazing facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, full body massage and even a game room!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! No need to look anywhere else!
