The staff were always in a great mood and attended to all our requests with a smile. It felt like a second home, with complimentary water and towel changes readily available. The apartment was very clean, complete with all the furniture needed. The master room had a large bed, perfect for families. The high-pressure hot water in the bathroom was a bonus. The location was excellent, close to the city center mall and offering a nice view from the higher floors.

The service is top-notch, with round-the-clock room service, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff who are happy to arrange transportation or tours. The facilities are immaculate, and I especially appreciated having laundry and dry cleaning services available. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch.

The customer service, which could have been friendlier and more welcoming, especially at the reception desk. However, despite this small flaw, I would still highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay here.
