I had an amazing experience at Primero Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Uzgur was incredibly helpful and friendly, always providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions with a smile. They even let me check in early and served me refreshing beverages. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I've been to Istanbul many times, but Primero Hotel has been the best so far. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to my family and friends.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was in the heart of the most touristy parts of the city, which meant we could easily walk to all the historical sites. Easter was spent at a small hotel which was an excellent choice. The staff were fantastic, offering us a warm welcome with true Turkish coffee in the morning, and fruit plates in the evening. The location was perfect, being situated close to historical sights, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing. The room was spacious enough, was fitted with a comfortable, king-sized bed and had excellent customer-focused friendliness.

Although the area was ideal for our sightseeing purposes, there was some noise due to buildings undergoing commercial use, and delivery trucks were noisy at all hours. However, this situation will pass as these businesses should move out eventually.
