Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always available to assist us during our stay. The facilities were also impressive, with the rooms and bathrooms being beautifully designed using natural materials. The beds were comfortable and there was a great view of the pool from our room.

There were a few things that during our stay. Firstly, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a phone call from the reception about a noise complaint, which was a bit alarming and unnecessary.

The hotel had a modern and luxurious look with beautiful decor. The staff was friendly, always smiling, and willing to help. The communal spaces were gorgeous, and the pool area was small but lovely, with a waterfall and great for a cooling submerge in the Florida heat. The hotel was close to the beach, in a central location in South Beach.

We particularly enjoyed the free welcome drink and the option for in-room breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for us, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My stay at Lennox Miami Beach was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special and catered to. The concierge, Lucas, and valet, Joe, were especially outstanding in their service. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel like I was part of an exclusive club, and the luxurious touches throughout added to the overall experience. The golf cart transportation to the beach was a fantastic bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my every need. The room was clean and stylish, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the fact that they offered room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, making my stay even more convenient. The housekeeping was excellent, and the laundry service was a lifesaver. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy for me to explore the area. The happy hour was a great bonus, and I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Fantastic location: The hotel is within walking distance to popular attractions like Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive, yet it still remains quiet in the evening. Amazing staff: The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even offered a shuttle cart to nearby locations and allowed us to have a late checkout until 4pm, which was greatly appreciated.

Small pool: While the pool was nice for cooling down, it was a bit small for swimming. Snobby beach area: The dedicated beach area with beds felt a bit snobby, and the staff continuously checked our hotel key, making us feel like we were trying to take advantage of them.

The location was great for those wanting to be close to the beach. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. There's also a private beach area guests can access which is a bonus. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work properly which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in.
