We loved the friendly staff, breathtaking view of the bridge from our room, and the complimentary breakfast and evening kickback with free drinks and snacks. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition. We can't wait to come back!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the property was clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast and evening meals were a pleasant surprise, and the quality of the food was impressive. Plus, the evening cocktail hour with free drinks was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to walk to various attractions and restaurants in the area.

One negative aspect of our stay was that we always needed a key to access the elevator, which became a bit cumbersome. It would have been more convenient to have easier access without needing the key every time.

The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious, and the bartender on the 8th floor gave us great suggestions for other activities in the area. The added security measures were reassuring, ensuring only registered guests could access the hotel. The pool deck on the 8th floor with the indoor/outdoor pool and huge hot tub was a highlight. The views of downtown were beautiful, and the proximity to Dollar General and pharmacies was convenient.
