The room was spacious and had modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Temperature control was easy to adjust, maintaining a cozy atmosphere despite the winter storm. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for complete relaxation. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. I noticed that housekeeping missed cleaning our room on the last day, which was surprising. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the food quality could improve. the experience was pleasant, with some minor areas that could use enhancement.

Perfect location near Broadway. Super clean and comfy rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and free toiletries. Loved the complimentary breakfast and kickback events with great food and drinks. The fitness center and hot tub were a bonus. Staff were friendly, and parking was secure and easy. This place really knows how to treat guests.

Comfortable stay with great amenities

Our experience at Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown was mostly positive. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the included breakfast surpassed typical hotel offerings. The staff were friendly, especially at the bar, where the pretzels and beer queso were a delightful highlight!

Amazing amenities including a pool, gym, and a rooftop breakfast. The breakfast spread? Great! Free drinks from 5:30-7:00 PM were a delightful surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Enjoyed a large room with a comfortable bed; however, housekeeping was inconsistent and late. Not ideal when returning for a midday rest. A barking dog disturbed us one afternoon, which added to a somewhat chaotic feel. a better quality of toiletries would elevate the experience. But, I felt safe and enjoyed the central location, making it easy to explore local entertainment.

The pool area was great for the kids. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help.

It was a bit pricey, but not outrageous.

The view of downtown is truly breathtaking. The breakfast and kickback meals rock—delicious food with friendly service makes you feel right at home!

Parking costs $25 a night, which feels a bit steep.

Conveniently close to Nashville's top attractions and vibrant nightlife

I had such a great time staying here because everything is just a quick stroll away with places like the Bridgestone Arena and Country Music Hall of Fame only a few blocks away while Broadway's amazing bars and entertainment are just 5-8 minutes off making it perfect for weekend explorers like us and the spacious and clean rooms made it even better but the cafe deck area could use a little tidying up after the dinner rush.

Friendly staff, friendly environment with top-notch service from the welcoming front desk and a fantastic location within walking distance to popular bars and restaurants.

The food was very good, though breakfast could benefit from bacon. I’m not a sausage fan! The front desk staff was exceptional. Justin Foster, the musician on the 8th floor? Outstanding. The bartenders were equally impressive. The location is a peaceful oasis, just a short walk to the center of it all. The outdoor rooftop area is ideal for relaxing with drinks during cocktail hour. The friendly staff always starts your day with a cheerful greeting. breakfast options felt repetitive over five days. The price could be more competitive, and the valet fee is steep. Sirens from the nearby fire station disrupted sleep, and our bathroom plumbing was a concern. Despite that, this hotel remains top-notch. I’ll seek out Drury in my travels.

Wow, what a blast! Had a super chill vacay with bae! Breakfast and dinner buffets totally rocked , so grub, ready, omg. And those 3 free drinks per person? No brainer for sure! Just a quick hop to Broadway , fab for exploring! The staff was all smiles , major vibes!

Ugh, shuttle to the airport MIA , bummer. Room basics needed some TLC , hairdryer=ice cold, ironing board on a struggle bus.

Our room was never fully cleaned or stocked. We even asked for tissue and still ran out—so frustrating! It made relaxing difficult, especially since we expected better service in a pricey hotel.
