Nothing, all excellent.

the service was exceptional and the spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing escape. the heated swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers were particularly enjoyable. I also appreciated the special diet menus that were available at the restaurant. the room advantages, such as the in-room breakfast and private facilities, were top-notch and added to the luxurious feel of the stay.

While overall the experience was exceptional, there was one minor issue. the cleaning could be improved, especially in the spa lounge and steam room.

Spent Christmas in a hotel that had great views from the room and was walking distance to many restaurants and markets. the staff went out of their way to make my fiancé's birthday special with banners, balloons and cake in the room. Breakfast was delicious, too.

Although the staff was friendly, the mattress in the bed was hard and uncomfortable.
