The staff was incredibly attentive, making our

stay feel special with little surprises like a birthday cake for my girlfriend. The location, while a bit distant from central attractions, offered stunning Bosphorus views that compensated for the longer taxi rides. Overall, a recommendable experience.

the renaissance had a great location, just a short walk to the zorlu center and the zincirlikuyu station. the fitness center was impressive, spread over two floors, and perfect for workouts. I loved watching the sunset over the mediterranean. the view was breathtaking!

the breakfast was an absolute letdown, no turkish sausage and stale bakery items. i was also hoping for a complimentary welcome gift, you know, since i stayed for an awful 4 nights. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t, after the soft bed and poor vegetable quality. they should improve!

Unfortunately, the location posed significant challenges for transportation. We often faced long waits for taxis, especially after a tiring day of sightseeing, which turned our return trips into frustrating ordeals. Additionally, the hotel's insistence on using a swimming cap for the indoor pool was puzzling and frankly off-putting, as I had never encountered such a requirement in other five-star establishments.

The view from my room was breathtaking, showcasing the Bosphorus and cityscape, while the staff consistently provided friendly and attentive service throughout my stay.

The attentive breakfast staff surprised me with cake and serenaded me for my birthday, making the experience incredibly special. The breathtaking view of the Bosphorus from my corner suite was an unforgettable highlight of my stay.

My stay was truly enjoyable! I adored the rooftop bar, sipping cocktails while soaking in the breathtaking Bosphorus views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast—ask for fresh orange juice to kickstart your day!

Stunning views from my room and a practical design made my stay enjoyable. The lobby was lovely, and my bathroom was top-notch. The location is great for catching some local flavor.

But honestly, the pool cap requirement? I looked like a bad swimmer in a swim class! Plus, housekeeping could've paid more attention to details.

Great staff and comfy beds. Watch out for housekeeping entering if you forget the do not disturb sign.

I had an amazing stay with the stunning views of the Bosphorus, and the rooftop restaurant’s seafood gnocchi was to die for! Just wish the pool hours were extended.

We had an awesome time here with friends! The rooftop restaurant had stunning views and delicious food. We also loved the spacious gym and the relaxing atmosphere at the spa. You can easily organize visits to nearby attractions for fun events. Don’t miss out on the breakfast. it was quickly served and really tasty!

However, I was a bit disappointed when the indoor pool was out of service during our stay, which was a bummer.

Spent a week at this place for work, and the fitness center was excellent! The rooftop restaurant had stunning views of the bridge and it was somehow calming after a long day of meetings. Also, got a surprise cake during breakfast that really made my day. It was nice to see the staff go the extra mile like that!
