The rooftop bar/restaurant had a fantastic view with great live music. The rooms were comfortable with amazing views. The staff was helpful and accommodated our requests.

There was a downgrade in quality and services compared to previous visits. The pool was closed without prior notice.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of positives that stood out. the hotel provided complimentary welcome gifts in the room, such as fruit and Turkish Delight. This was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. the hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a mini supermarket. It was convenient to have these amenities close by, especially during the holiday season. Lastly, we really enjoyed the access to the club lounge, where we could indulge in appetizers and wine during cocktail hours. It was a pleasant way to unwind after a day of exploring.

the noise on the 16th floor, especially from the rooftop bar, was incredibly disruptive. It was difficult to get any rest and it would have been helpful to be informed about this issue beforehand.

I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus and was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious living area and a beautiful hardwood floor. The highlight was the large window in the bathtub, which allowed for natural light while maintaining privacy. The hotel even went above and beyond to accommodate my pillow preference from my online profile. The happy hour in the lounge was a nice touch, with a variety of food options and a decent selection of drinks. The hotel also allowed us a very late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus, and I would highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was amazing and very clean. The design is outstanding, with a modern and pricey look and feel. The facilities were top-notch, including a spa with cheap prices, a TV with easy input access, and amenities like an iron, ironing board, and shower gels. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking facilities and valet service provided by extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff were also very kind and spoke English fluently, providing excellent service and even offering late-night room service.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in deze accommodatie. De locatie is geweldig! Het hotel is zeer dicht bij het strand en er zijn genoeg restaurantjes om de hoek. De faciliteiten waren ook uitstekend. Het appartement was ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad op het dak was een leuke toevoeging om even lekker af te koelen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was simpel maar erg smakelijk. Uiteindelijk was het hotel zeer schoon.

U zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

The staff was friendly and offered complementary drinks upon arrival. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and made up for the location being a bit out of the way. the bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

The showerhead was broken and sprayed water in all directions. the room didn't seem to have been properly cleaned, with dust and smudges on the windows.
