The hotel offered great food and had excellent service from the friendly staff. The location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the amenities that were available such as the spa and gym.

We had a less-than-stellar experience with the front desk on arrival. They didn't provide much information on the hotel's facilities, and we had to ask for details multiple times.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond expectations. Spa treatments which included an exquisite body scrub, relaxing massages, and a tranquil steam room all provided a sense of bliss for my stay. The service was impeccable, and the manicure and pedicure services were also exceptional. The outdoor dining area was also a great location to enjoy dinner at this great venue.

The only negative aspect of my stay was the lack of beach access at this hotel, which made it difficult to take advantage of the beautiful beachfront location.

The service at the hotel is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned that the gym atmosphere can be quite loud due to other members playing music while working out.

I absolutely loved every aspect of my stay at Ricosta Hotel. The design and architecture of the hotel are stunning, with attention to detail in every corner. The lobby, pool, and massage services were all top-notch. The staff, especially the waiters in the restaurants, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The food wasn't cooked properly on some occasions, but the hotel kindly didn't charge us for those dishes.
