I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with plenty of stores, the Marka Mall, restaurants, and a hospital nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning and open the windows for fresh air. Unlike some other hotels, the food in the hotel restaurant was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly, professional, and took excellent care of personal hygiene. The gatekeeper even opened the doors for handicapped individuals. The housekeeping staff provided daily supplies of shampoo, shower gel, and soap, as well as plenty of clean towels that fit the number of guests. the employees were kind and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious room at this hotel made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly supportive and always ready to assist us. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and live entertainment. The restaurant offered delicious food and the bar area made for a comfortable nighttime destination. We were also impressed with the private facilities, including the sun terrace and beauty treatments. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the spa & wellness center. While it was good, it did not compare to the facilities at other hotels in the area, such as Crowne Plaza and Hilton Bursa.

Located in a central area, this hotel is close to malls and shopping areas. You’ll find a lot of entertainment options and plenty to do nearby. If you’re looking for a hotel outside of the city center, this is a great option with many comfortable amenities.

Some of the facilities are not up to par, including unreliable access to the club lounge.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to many shops and restaurants. The modern design makes for a great atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with nice views and access to The club lounge. Breakfast is also included and the staff are very accommodating.

The hotel is located in a convenient area outside of the city center, close to a supermarket and other shops. The WLAN was stable and free of charge, and we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 German TV channels. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide selection and the option to request egg dishes. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we appreciated being able to control the air conditioning and open the windows for fresh air. The hotel restaurant served fresh and delicious food. The staff also took care of personal hygiene and were attentive to the needs of guests, including opening doors for handicapped individuals. They provided fresh towels and toiletries daily, and were always kind and professional.

We felt spoiled during our stay at the Sheraton Bursa Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The pool area was a bit small and could use some additional lounge chairs. the gym was a bit outdated and could use some newer equipment.

Super convenient location, amazing and polite staff, spacious corner room, suitable bathroom, EXCELLENT services. Quieter and more cooperative than Istanbul hotels, with much lower prices.
