This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, free parking, and a fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff assisted with an early check-in. Definitely recommend it for a cozy stay! I'll be back for Christmas!

The odor in the room was quite bothersome!!! I expected a more updated area, considering the age of the building!!! A little more attention to the coffee machine accessibility would go a long way!!!

Wow, the staff were such chommies! Really nice and welcoming, and the brekkie was on point—lekker options! Super clean rooms, and the pool was a jol after a long drive. Found a nice spot to sit outside and watch the sunset too, just perfect!

But ag man, the bathroom was a bit tight, and there were a couple things needing a fix up like the shower handle.

Check the lobby coffee machine after hours. it's a great perk if accessible. Also, ask for extra towels to ensure comfort during your stay.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel had clean rooms with nice laminate floors, and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed exploring nearby caves and checking out the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. The breakfast had a good variety, and the water pressure in the shower was solid.

The price was reasonable, but our suite's hot tub didn’t work properly, which was a bit disappointing.

Got a sweet check-in from this gal named Karen, she made us feel right at home, like we were family! The breakfast was a real treat, with blueberry waffles that just hit the spot after a long drive. We felt comforted and cared for in a tough time.
