We stayed at Shoestring Cave Hotel for 3 nights and it was a truly incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us, arranging transport to a hospital for my daughter and helping us with extended stay and flight arrangements. Their hospitality truly came from the heart. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the rooftop. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast delicious. If we are ever back in Turkey, Shoestring is definitely our top choice.

I had the most amazing stay at a cozy cave house in Cappadocia. the staff at Shoestring were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing quick responses and confirming all our arrangements before our trip. They even upgraded our room to a spacious suite without any extra cost. the cave suite was absolutely stunning and comfortable, with a warm ambiance even in winter. the breakfast spread was delicious, and we enjoyed it on the roof terrace with a breathtaking view. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to all the attractions in the village.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy Shoestring Cave House. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our hot air balloon plans got canceled due to bad weather. They assisted with changing our bookings, getting a refund, and even drove us to the bus depot. The hotel itself is gorgeous with its authentic cave design, and the balcony offers stunning views and the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, and the staff made us feel instantly comfortable and like part of their family. The bar upstairs with the pool was a great bonus, and the staff even grilled our food for us. a memorable stay and we would definitely come back.

Despite some drawbacks such as the long walk up the stairs to our room and a delayed check-in, we still enjoyed our stay at Shoestring Cave House. Everything was spot on.

We had the best time at the Shoestring Cave House. The staff were so friendly, they couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast was delicious. They were so responsive to our emails, they made fantastic recommendations for trips and booked everything including airport transfers for us. The rooms were incredible, and the bed was changed everyday. The location was perfect for exploring the region and viewing the hot air balloons. The views from the top terrace were amazing. It was truly an amazing experience to stay in a cave hotel.
