As a couple, we absolutely loved our recent stay at the incredible hotel situated on the northern end of the Bosporus. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. The breakfast menu, with its European and Turkish items, was delicious, and the staff was helpful and courteous. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Special mention to receptionists Fayrouz and Nadia for their exceptional service.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a tender cloud. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and amenities was exceptional. The hill path and view were breathtaking. The kids club was a great bonus for families. The fitness club and spa were well-equipped and enjoyable. this hotel captured our hearts and we can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Christmas tree was beautiful and the hot cocoa was delicious. the hotel was in a great spot, perfect for a romantic time with my significant other. We enjoyed the heated pool and the spa services, especially the massage.

The room was very noisy and we were woken up several times by outside sounds. the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was either too hot or too cold.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the location was idyllic, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the spa facilities were top-notch, with a selection of massages and treatments offered by expert therapists. We were provided with exclusive amenities, which added to the luxurious experience. the infinity pool on the rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the surroundings. the restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of options to choose from. Our room was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only negative aspect we experienced here was the slow room service. Our requests for additional towels and room cleaning took longer than expected.

The service provided by the staff was outstanding, always helpful and kind. The breakfast offered was one of the best we've ever had, and the view overlooking the Bosporus was breathtaking. Additionally, the spa on the hill provided a tranquil and serene experience.

It was unfortunate that some outdoor seating areas were unavailable during our stay.
