The hotel had beautiful gardens and was very clean overall. In terms of amenities, there were plenty of sunbeds and pools to choose from. The mini bar was stocked and cleaned daily, and the free WIFI signal was excellent throughout the hotel.

Although the hotel had a lot to offer, the food was very repetitive and there were few options that catered to English guests. there was no clear queuing system, and the staff sometimes seemed to prioritize other nationalities over English guests.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all our needs. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing under the sun, while the Spa & wellness centre offered body wraps and massages for those seeking some extra pampering. The restaurant provided delicious dinners, and the bar/lounge area had refreshing drinks within reach.

The only minor issue was that the entertainment and activities were mostly in Russian, and it was sometimes difficult to understand. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and enjoyment of this hotel.
