Felt safe, no complaints

This place is perfectly located in a great area, right along the hillside with a very ALIVE pedestrian street nearby. The staff was excellent, especially during the night shift - managed by a great manager. The amenities were outstanding, including free Wi-Fi and luggage storage, a restaurant with outdoor dining area, and a bar/lounge area with a welcome drink. The rooms were soundproofed and came with AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV.

Grateful for the upgrade to a deluxe room with a clean, functional bathroom. Easy access to İstiklal Avenue, Galata Port, and major attractions via metro. Impressed by the reception team's helpfulness, especially Fatih, Ufuk, Kahraman, Ekin. Kudos to the hotel owner for assembling such a remarkable team.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was close to the metro and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a great balcony with a view. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The walls were quite thin and I could hear noise from the adjoining rooms. the bathroom could use some updates as it felt a little outdated.

I had a really pleasant stay at a small and cozy hotel in the center of Istanbul. My room was calm and comfortable, despite the bustling streets outside. The hotel offered good service, with complimentary tea and water in the room. The bathroom amenities were also good. The nearby restaurant, attached to the hotel, served delicious food with great service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and comfortable stay.

The noise from a neighboring restaurant/bar can be disruptive at night, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

amazing stay in istanbul! story hotel pera was even better than before. loved the cozy studios, excellent location, and friendly staff. a special shoutout to the helpful receptionist who gave great recommendations and the thoughtful gift of lokum. highly recommend for a perfect valentine's getaway.

Power cut.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, which went beyond our expectations. The interiors were stunning, with high ceilings and a touch of Italian style that reminded us of the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" in Rome. The attention to detail in the restoration of the building was evident, and it truly reflected the Ottoman culture. The staff, especially the helpful woman named Nuray, spoke English and provided us with great tips for sightseeing. The location was perfect, with easy access to the shopping street Istiklal Caddesi and the Şişhane subway station. We felt at home and cannot wait for our next trip next year.
