The hotel is in a great location, close to all the top attractions and tram stations. It was easy to explore the city from there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and provide recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel even allowed us to check out late without any extra charge, which was a nice bonus.

The WiFi, which sometimes had issues late at night. However, it wasn't a major problem and didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

This place is located in a perfect spot, surrounded by so many attractions that can be easily reached on foot. The street in front of the little square where this hotel is located is very nice and has everything one might needs just steps away. The service here is top-notch, and the staff at the reception desk always answered all my requests and were very co-operative.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was one of the best aspects, as it was very convenient with a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which gave us easy access to many places. The transportation was convenient, with the tram station just a few steps away. The breakfast served on the rooftop was a great experience, with stunning views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus River. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Istanbul and surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotel is very safe with people always around. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the Sultanahmet mosque and the Bosphorus, and the breakfast served there is delicious with generous portions. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The free airport transfer and breakfast buffet were great perks that saved us money. the hotel's location was also amazing as we were able to easily access all of the popular tourist attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the room had a very dirty carpet and the bathroom was outdated and had some visible damage.

Great value for the money, with a surprise breakfast included and extra treats in the room. The location was perfect, close to attractions and with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Alp and Emre, were extremely welcoming and helpful.
