The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the suite we stayed in was spacious and had a nice terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views.

It was a great way to start the day, looking out at the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and massage services, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. the facilities were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The cold starters for dinner were absolutely delicious, showcasing the hotel's commitment to quality dining. The balcony view overlooks the forest and lake. A shop for swimwear is available. The owner is friendly and loves to chat with guests. The staff is generally friendly and the spa offers outdoor and indoor pools, a salt room, sauna, and Turkish hamam. Ahmed, the massage therapist, provides excellent treatments.

Great view on the lake. The spa area has pools with thermal and cool water, sauna, and Turkish bath. The massage service is pretty good. Breakfast and dinner were tasty with a wide choice of dishes. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. There were beetles in the suite, and the bedding and rugs were not clean.

I really got good value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and everything worked well. The location was perfect, with fascinating views of the mountains and Gökçe lake. The staff treated me very well and the spa area, sauna, and hammam were all top-notch. Ahmed, the massage therapist, deserves special praise for his excellent service.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection of warm food.

The stunning view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, adding a touch of romance to our getaway. the prime location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy some outdoor activities. Additionally, the buffet at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of delicious food options that we couldn't get enough of.

Our experience at the hotel was overall disappointing. the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, even after requesting it to be cleaned.
