The staff is friendly and always available to assist guests. Rooms are spacious and equipped with essential amenities such as a washer and dryer.

The facilities of the hotel are not consistent with what is portrayed in the pictures online. The wellness section is not well-maintained, and some amenities are not functioning correctly.

We had a great stay at a hotel near Galata Tower. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room. The staff, especially Erbil, were incredibly helpful, organizing tours and helping with dinner orders. The views from our window were amazing, with the Galata Tower and the Blue Mosque in sight. The location was also convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and the Sishane metro station right next to the hotel. it was a fantastic experience and we're already planning our next stay.
