The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk away from the city center and close to public transport. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The basic amenities provided were of good quality and the rooms with a balcony offered a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Additionally, breakfast was included in our stay and it was both delicious and fresh.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram and ferry stations, making it easy to visit tourist sights. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel had a pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel manager, Celal, was knowledgeable about the city and helped us plan our trips. the hotel made us feel at home and we highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my business trip. They went above and beyond in ordering things for me and even helped me communicate with shops through WhatsApp. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with everything I needed in walking distance. the rooms were clean and I appreciated the attention to detail with the bed linens and room cleaning.

While the room was generally clean, I did find that the toilet could have used more attention. It would have been nice to have it cleaned daily.
