The location of Al Raya Hotel Apartments was perfect for exploring the city. I loved the convenience of having a supermarket and malls nearby. Although there were a few minor issues, I appreciated the efforts of the friendly and responsive staff who made my stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel offers a convenient location with a nearby supermarket and various restaurants in the Karama area. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any needs. Housekeeping is accommodating and ensures a clean and comfortable stay.

The hotel lacks attention to detail and may not meet some guests' high expectations. however, the experience is satisfactory and there is no significant reason to complain.

Location is convenient as it is situated in a residential neighborhood close to Al Karama metro station, Spinney's 24-hour supermarket, and the market area. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff provides great service, with helpful front desk personnel. There is also an on-site swimming pool and fitness center for guests to enjoy.

The air conditioning in the lobby was not working properly, and it made us feel hot and uncomfortable while checking in. The availability of the kitchen facilities was limited, and we didn't find everything we needed for cooking.
