The hotel's location on the creek in the charming Al Seef neighborhood was perfect. I enjoyed exploring the nearby bars, restaurants, and the historic Al Fahidi district. The room's decoration was exquisite, with attention to detail throughout. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The hotel truly captured the essence of Arabian nights.

I recently stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel in Dubai for a few days with my family. The hotel's design, both in the rooms and the village, was absolutely amazing. We loved exploring the variety of small shops and coffee shops in the area. As a parent, I felt very safe and secure with security guards stationed at every corner. Plus, the sea view was breathtaking. This hidden gem truly made us feel like we were in a fairy tale.

The rooms are so cozy and comfy, with everything you need like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The beds are super comfy, and the laptop-friendly workspace is perfect for catching up on emails.

Personally, I found the bidet a bit unnecessary, but I'm sure others might appreciate it.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river. the hotel had a really authentic vibe, which made it an ideal romantic getaway destination. We also enjoyed the complementary amenities such as robes and slippers, as well as great hospitality from the manager.

The breakfast quality was subpar, with limited variety and poorly presented dishes. some of the staff lacked proper training, and this was evident in the slow service and unattended tables.

If you're looking for a hotel that offers amazing value for money with all the basic amenities, then this hotel is a great option! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff, who made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The hotel is also located in a neighborhood that's close to the metro station and many restaurants, making it a convenient spot to explore the old quarter of the city. Another bonus is that the rooms come with breakfast and even a small balcony to enjoy the view.

A wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is delightful, in a restored old part of the city right on the river. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was superb, and the view of the Khor was a real bonus. The staff was professional and courteous, and they went out of their way to make your stay extra special. It was great to walk those 100 yards to the souk and nearby shops.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect as it was near the metro station and in the heart of the old quarter. The service here was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were welcomed with drinks and had all the amenities we needed in our room including an ironing board, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and in-room safe. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

slow check-in process

The hotel has a charming atmosphere with traditional decor and a working rotary phone. The rooms have lovely balconies and there are adjoining rooms available for families. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff were attentive to both me and my children. The hotel also has a swing and see-saw for kids to enjoy. The desk staff were very helpful, even making a local call for me since my cell phone didn't have service. They also provided transportation to another Hilton hotel where we enjoyed the rooftop pool. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the abra station and the "old" neighborhood.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to start enjoying our stay right away. Lastly, the hotel manager's kind gesture of a late check-out and a buggy ride for my child made our stay even more memorable.
