The Christmas decorations in the hotel were very festive and added to the holiday spirit. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home during the holiday season.

The breakfast options were limited, and the quality of the food was disappointing. the room service was slow and not thorough in cleaning the room during our stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process was a breeze thanks to the lovely girl at the front desk. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and cozy, with a charming fireplace. The rooms were spotless, including the bathroom with its great shower. The beds and pillows were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Augusta for a quick weekend getaway. The staff, including Ms. Terri, Ms. Dana, and Ms. Qwanesha, provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely hot tub and pool. I particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality and the clean and well-maintained facilities.
