The Christmas decorations in the hotel were very festive and added to the holiday spirit. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home during the holiday season.

The room service was slow and not thorough in cleaning the room during our stay. The lack of attention to detail was frustrating.
