The staff was understanding and accommodating, allowing me to stay a few hours past checkout due to my late flight. The shuttle drivers were friendly and made the ride enjoyable. I had a restful and pleasant stay at Courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and quiet experience.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, being just a short 10, minute drive from the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service, which is a great bonus. the rooms are well, designed, with the beds positioned against the bathroom walls, minimizing noise from neighboring guests. Additionally, the hotel has a small bistro with delicious food and a good bar. It's nice to have these options right on, site.

The customer service at this hotel was quite lacking. When I tried to place an order from the bistro, I was transferred multiple times with no answer, and when I went down to the front desk, I was told they were too busy to help.

The basic amenities were well-maintained, and our room was clean and already at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. We had a peaceful night's sleep, despite being near the airport, and the room's little desk added an extra touch of convenience. the value for money was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Despite being near the airport, the hotel was extremely quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just minutes away from CVG airport and downtown. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was exceptional and included in the room rate. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was simply outstanding. They had a small counter in the lobby where you could order a variety of breakfast items like bagels, eggs, muffins, fresh fruit, pancakes, and more. The fresh citrus fruit was especially delicious. They even put together a special breakfast buffet for our group of 45, which was a nice touch. The management really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great start to the day.

When my partner and I were looking for a convenient place to stay close to the airport, we found Courtyard By Marriott Cincinnati Airport Erlanger. The location was perfect for us as we needed to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is just a short distance away, making it very convenient for our travel plans. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room and bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available, which provided a great start to our day before our flight.

We were disappointed by the lack of a restaurant or bar onsite. It would have been nice to have the option to grab a drink or a meal within the hotel premises.
