Great location and friendly service

This place was super convenient, just a short walk to the metro and close to all the main attractions. The staff were really nice and helpful, especially in the dining area. Breakfast was tasty, but I wish there were more fresh fruit options. the underground parking was a bit confusing to navigate.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly fantastic! the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hany who went above and beyond to make our vacation smooth and enjoyable. the room was spacious and cozy, and I loved the complimentary water bottles daily. the breakfast variety was exceptional, with a live counter for customized eggs. the location near the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro station was super convenient. the amenities like the gym, sauna, spa, and shuttle services were a great bonus!

A couple of improvements could be made. the room key seemed to malfunction often and needed to be reprogrammed.

Excellent Staff and Service

The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and polite, making our stay memorable. the cleanliness of the rooms and the daily maintenance were top-notch. the proximity to the metro station and the supermarket made exploring the city easy. However, the hotel could improve the age of its furniture and the overall outdated design.

The tartines at The Atana were a culinary voyage! The heavenly pastries at the Garden Restaurant were like a desert oasis. Plus, the hotel's location near a metro station is a gem.

The pool and breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and the key card system needed some magic. But hey, even with those quirks, the lifeguard was top-notch and made sure we felt like VIPs by the pool!

During my transit stay at Atana Hotel, I appreciated the convenience of its location. Being 30 km away from Dubai Creek SPB and 19 km from Financial Centre made it easy for me to move around the city efficiently.

The cleanliness at Atana Hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star establishment. The common areas, such as hallways and dining tables, were not well-maintained, and the response to guest requests was slow, indicating possible understaffing or a lack of attention to guest needs.

The stunning views of the city skyline from my spacious and elegantly appointed suite were simply captivating. I was enchanted by the warm and welcoming Arabic hospitality, from the personalized check-in to the complimentary breakfast. The diverse dining experiences offered by Atana hotel were beyond ordinary, with the Piano Lounge being a charming symbol of sophistication where I savored delectable pastries and enjoyed the gentle melody of a live piano.

The water in the bathroom was hot, which made it a bit inconvenient for taking a shower.

we just had another great stay at the atana. the facilities are top-notch. the pool is amazing, the gym is adequate, and the breakfast spread is excellent. the location, near dic metro, makes getting around easy and affordable. our deluxe room was spacious and comfy. staff like justin, our cleaner, and the concierge team were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. we've already booked our next visit for july.

The decorations in the hotel were charming, with beautiful Arabic designs and lovely traditional accents that made me feel immersed in the culture. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people. The staff were always ready to provide assistance, making sure the elderly guests felt comfortable and safe during their stay. The proximity to the beach and availability of transportation options also made it convenient for seniors to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with ease.

A better vacation for senior people would only be complete if the hotel offered more organized group activities for us to engage with other seniors.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with modern bathrooms, great breakfast, and convenient access to the metro station.

Had an amazing stay at a hotel close to Metro station! LOVED the spa, great view from the room. Receptionists were so friendly. Definitely coming back! Services even better than on photos.

The hotel is quite nice with friendly reception staff, and a convenient location near the CBD and metro. The room was clean, had spacious single beds, and a good breakfast spread. The only downside was the lack of variety in hot drink options during breakfast, but overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

The Atana hotel in Dubai was an absolute delight to stay at. The room with the twin beds offered a unique space, perfect for my family, and the stunning views of the city skyline were simply breathtaking. The hotel's diverse dining options and the Piano Lounge, with its live piano playing in the background, provided an exceptional culinary experience. The hotel's convenient location also made it easy for us to access the best dining restaurants and shopping experiences at Palm Jumeirah's The Pointe.

The only minor downside was that the pool area didn't have much shade during the day. However, this was easily compensated for by the nearby options for entertainment at other hotels within walking distance.

It was a thrilling experience for the kids, and the whole family enjoyed the adrenaline-pumping water rides and slides, making it a memorable family day out.

In my wife's opinion, the kids' club facilities could be improved for a more engaging and diverse experience for the little ones.

We had a fantastic stay at Atana! the location was perfect, with a free shuttle bus to Jumeirah beach and affordable taxis for exploring the area at night. the hotel was very clean and the pool was well-maintained. Sharan at check-in went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. We want to thank Sharan once again for his exceptional help!

I always return for business. Staff gave me a taxi number on my first stay. Perfect amenities: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, outdoor pool. It suits my needs.
