The staff is friendly and attentive, making an honest effort to accommodate all guests.

The lobby area is small and there is no space for socializing or relaxing with friends and family outside of the breakfast area, which can be inconvenient given the limited seating capacity.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect as it was near many restaurants and stores. the room's view was breathtaking.

The rooms were poorly maintained, and the bed linens were stained. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the carpet was worn down and sticky.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The rooms with 2 queen beds are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with towels and amenities. You can store your snacks in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave. The breakfast included hot foods all week long with a Texas shaped waffle maker and eggs, sausage, and even a hot meal. The location is unbeatable with many eating places nearby like Olive Garden, and it's not too far from the cruise port in Galveston.

Good experience at Quality Inn. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. a convenient and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.
