We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, speaking our language and providing excellent service. The free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We also appreciated the quick response whenever we needed assistance. we rate this hotel 10/10 for its exceptional care and attention to detail. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a very special place that is convenient for all Abu Dhabi's major attractions. The location of this hotel, within a 5 minute's walk from Etihad Towers in The Avenue, makes it very easy and accessible. The service and staff were superb, always making sure everything was ok. Rooms had the very best view of the Emirate's Palace. Breakfast had many varieties of food.

I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr for 2 days and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the modern yet traditional Arabic decor captivated me. The receptionist, Miss Milky, was professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms, especially 712 and 713, provided amazing views of the Palace, with room 712 being spacious and room 713 offering panoramic views. The outdoor pool and private beach were a bonus, and the restaurant staff, led by Chef Ramesh, went above and beyond to cater to my food allergies. The service of the staff overall was the friendliest and most impeccable I've ever experienced, truly making me feel welcome. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the rooms comfortable, and the facilities well-maintained. I highly recommend this unique and beautiful hotel.

The spa and wellness center was a real treat, and we particularly enjoyed the full body massages and jacuzzi. I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed and an amazing shower. The location was perfect, right at the end of the Cornish Promenade, with a beautiful view of the Presidential Palace. The staff went above and beyond, especially Komi, Dee, Gayrat, Ajay, Teha.
