Our family loved the spacious villa with its breathtaking view and private pool. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The variety of food options for breakfast and the delicious lunch/dinner choices at the swim-up bar were a hit. The shuttle service to Patong Beach and easy arrangement of taxi trips made it convenient for exploring.

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was just right, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get there by taxi without any hassle. The hotel was built on a Hill, in the mountains, which provided stunning views of the sea. The pool villa in which we stayed was beautiful, with a clean, aesthetically pleasing room and elegant bathroom. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet every day and spent our evenings at the swim-up bar and rooftop restaurant.

There was a limit of 1 towel per person per day, and the hotel charged for towels not returned by the end of the day, which could be inconvenient for some.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious and fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the sun loungers were comfortable. the full body massage at the Spa Centre was a highlight of my stay and the spa lounge was very relaxing. the buffet breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant's special diet menus catered to my needs.

My only minor issue was that the staff seemed to be a bit slow and disorganized at times. it did not affect my overall experience at this hotel.

Immaculate and spacious villa with a private pool. Great facilities including a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea and exceptional food at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and we even had a wonderful massage. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this peaceful retreat. the Premier Pool Villa at Crest Resort & Pool Villas - Sha Extra Plus was absolutely stunning. the design was unique and the villa itself was spacious, with a large pool and an incredible view. the floating breakfast we ordered was a luxurious and Instagram-worthy experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. the location is also great, with beautiful beaches like Freedom Beach and exciting activities like the Elephant Swim at Lucky Beach nearby. it was a fantastic value for money and we would definitely go back.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay! the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a Thanksgiving dinner, which was a nice touch. the location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. the infinity pool was amazing and offered stunning ocean views.

The prices for drinks and food at the hotel were a bit high, which can add up if you are staying for more than a few days. the rooms were not soundproof enough, so we could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms at times.

The value for money at Crest Resort & Pool Villas - Sha Extra Plus was incredible. The room was luxurious with its own pool and stunning views of the mountains and ocean. The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the staff, especially Rhetz from the Philippines, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast options could have been improved with a wider variety.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The complimentary shuttle service made it convenient to explore the main beach and the center of the city, ensuring I never missed out on the fun places.

our stay at crest was incredible. from the perfect sea view in our huge room with a sofa bed and magnificent bath, to the amazing infinity pool and h20 bar. the breakfast with food stations from all over the world was incredible. we felt bouji and luxurious, and enjoyed activities like pool, chess, and spa massages. a perfect getaway.
