The food, prepared by a European chef, is amazing, especially the high-class à la carte breakfast. The staff, including Bahaa Eddine and Amal, are professional, welcoming, and helpful. The design of the Bulgari rooms is elegant and creates a vacation atmosphere. The use of technology, such as remote-controlled curtains and lights, adds convenience. The spacious rooms offer beautiful views of the gulf or bay. The resort provides complimentary gifts and surprises, like cake, balloons, and champagne for special occasions.

the private facilities at the beach were somewhat lacking, with limited options for shade.
