Upon arrival we noticed uncleaned room with food on floor and under table. Not enough sitting room. Complaint about noisy upstairs neighbors, but front desk helped. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to all the attractions in the area. We had easy access to the theme parks and other popular tourist spots.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. we found that the staff was not very knowledgeable about the shuttle service, which caused some confusion and inconvenience for us.

During my recent stay at The Berkley, I had an amazing experience. The apartment I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The gated property with manned security made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The outdoor space, including the pool and grills, was a great addition to the overall experience. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I especially loved watching the Disney fireworks every night from the screened-in balcony. I highly recommend The Berkley for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel's location was also great, as it was only a short drive away from the theme parks. Additionally, the staff was wonderful, especially Maria who went above and beyond to assist us in getting our belongings back that we had left in the safe.
