The Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and modern rooms. The quadruple suites and double rooms were all very nice, clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. The high-definition flat-screen TVs and mini-fridges in the air-conditioned rooms made the accommodation more than adequate. the convenient location near the front of the hotel made it easy to access the facilities and nearby attractions.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the bathroom sink. The drain had a bad smell, which was a bit off-putting.

Front desk staff India, Eric, and Kelvin provided exceptional customer service. Maintenance Head Damaso promptly fixed low pressure in sink and shower. Enjoyed the amazing shower and nearby Mexican restaurant. Impressed by professional and intelligent front desk team. Quality bed linens and towels offered a high-end hotel experience.

The staff at Best Western Plus were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pillows in the room were also super soft, making for a comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its location is a little difficult to find, but it's worth the search as it is within walking distance of downtown, the beach, the marina, and the main gate of Camp Pendleton. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, and contemporary, with good lighting. The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed.

I stayed here multiple times in the last year, and it's the best hotel in the area. The kitchenette suites are perfect for long stays. Gorgeous rooms, some with ocean views. Easy access to Legoland and San Diego attractions. Ben & Jerry's ice cream available onsite. Love this hotel!

The 24-hour reception, helpful staff, and excellent amenities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and outdoor swimming pool always bring me back. The first stay's issue was quickly resolved. Perfect for my weekend getaway.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's cozy and welcoming ambiance, with its charming patio and easy-to-navigate layout, made my stay delightful. The small tables under umbrella shades provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Furthermore, the low stone railings around the patio were helpful for added safety, especially for us seniors. The hotel's accessibility was impressive, making it easier for us to move around comfortably.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if there were additional assistance from the staff's children for activities specifically tailored for seniors during the stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and found it to be a good option for business travelers in North County. The staff members specialize in catering to business travelers, military, and leisure guests, and the 1700 square feet of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room were convenient for my needs.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated shuttle service for easy transportation to and from nearby business locations.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and just as pictured. The location was wonderful, with the O'side harbor within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and wonderful, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast could have been better with more options or variety.

The breakfast selection had good variety, including bacon which was a nice change from just sausage. the staff was always helpful and professional, and there was a staff member named Keilynn who greeted guests with a smile and was very attentive to the food selection. the hotel was in a convenient location and the rooms were tastefully decorated and clean.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and the lighting in the room was dim. It would have been nice to have stronger water flow and better lighting.
