We loved the service, the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided special amenities like a welcome drink and express check-in/out. The room was impeccable, clean, and well-appointed with all the comforts needed for a luxurious stay, including a mini-bar, soundproofed rooms. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a particularly nice touch, offering a wide range of amenities like indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beauty treatment.

Huge bath towels and a selection of English movie channels. Easy to get around Abu Dhabi by renting a car.

Our stay at Cristal Hotel was short but sweet! Arriving at 3AM, the check-in was fast and easy. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the suite at no charge, allowing us to rest comfortably. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfying. The hotel has a bar where you can unwind after exploring. The private parking and valet service were convenient bonuses. we had a great experience and would recommend Cristal Hotel for a pleasant stay.

Such a great weekend! Loved the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for sightseeing, with plenty of shopping centers nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The front desk manager wasn't very helpful on our check-out day. We needed a taxi to the airport and were told to wait for 20 minutes, which was too long for us.
