Great location near Mall of the Emirates and Sheikh Zayed road. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with attentive staff. Although the hotel had some faults, the hospitable team made the stay enjoyable. Staff professionalism and maintenance could be improved but the positives outweighed the negatives.

We loved the nearness to Mall of Emirates, just a short walk away, making shopping convenient. the staff was cooperative, always meeting our requests promptly. the view from our apartment facing the mall was fantastic. the apartment utilities were of excellent quality for both kitchen and bathroom.

We experienced a room change during our stay at DoubleTree. Initially given a dirty apartment, after insistence we were moved to a more acceptable room on the 11th floor. Overall I suggest giving this hotel a try for your stay.

It was an unexpected game to dodge the wet prints while soaking in the rays. the hotel's cozy nooks and crannies held me spellbound, especially the closet hide-and-seek championship. the staff juggled my requests with a magician's finesse, leaving me charmed by their hotel wizardry.

We were impressed with this place! the location was very convenient, with easy access to a variety of small businesses and a short walk to the nearby mall. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room amenities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the manager even went out of their way to ensure our wellbeing during our visit.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
