We recently stayed at The Belmont for the second time and once again, we opted for a room with a four poster bed. It's our favorite room due to its spaciousness and the beautiful natural sunlight that floods through the large bay windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was also generously sized. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast made from fresh ingredients, with the lovely Sue providing excellent service and even offering extra toast. The B&B is perfectly located, within walking distance of the city center and just a stone's throw away from the beach. Off-road parking was available with a provided permit, ensuring the safety of our car. Wi-Fi was free, and the rooms were stocked with complimentary shower gel, shampoo, coffee, and tea. We are sure to visit again and highly recommend this peaceful holiday retreat. Thank you, Sue, for your great hospitality!

Breakfast was brilliant - really good quality, with a generous serving & cooked to perfection. Sue and Rob - the owners - welcomed us upon our arrival, they were warm and genuinely friendly throughout our stay - and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Honestly, we cannot think of any negative aspects during our stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The bathroom might have had some basic amenities, but it was adequate for our needs. we enjoyed our city break, and we would recommend this hotel for those visiting the area.
