The rooms at Dusit Thani were very spacious, nice, and bright, making me feel instantly at ease. The bed was insanely well-pointed and very comfortable, and the view from my room was really nice and offered a breathtaking sight of the Khao Yai National Park.

The TV wouldn’t connect to my phone or laptop through Chromecast, and when I called the reception, no one bothered to come and fix it for me. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the issue addressed promptly.

The Um Ali dessert served at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the spaciousness of the bathroom, everything was top-notch. The hotel also organized events flawlessly, with attentive staff ensuring everything ran smoothly. it was a fantastic stay and worth every penny.

We stayed in a room on the upper floors with a great view of the sunset. The hotel's location was also ideal as it was in a calm area far from everything, but a taxi ride was all it took to get to places of interest. In addition, the breakfast with a fantastic view on the mangrove was included and had many options.

The location is perfect, and the hotel has everything you need, from car hire to laundry service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want, including free Wi-Fi and soundproofed rooms. And the leisure spa and wellness center is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day.

During my Christmas stay, I truly appreciated the complementary shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and find everything I needed. The quality of the meals was exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.

The housekeeping service was not up to par, as the room was not cleaned properly throughout my stay. the noise level in the hotel was higher than I would have preferred, which made it difficult to relax at times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The junior suite was spacious and comfortable with a great city view. The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel complex had plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool area was fabulous with comfy beds, fluffy towels, and refreshing cold flannels. The hotel also surprised us with a honeymoon cake and rose petals, which made our stay even more special.

I had a fantastic weekend city trip. The breakfast was delicious and it was complimentary! The room was large and had a great view of the city skyline. The location was ideal since it’s near all the popular tourist spots.

Although the staff was polite, the room had a noisy blower and took more than three hours of maintenance to fix the air conditioner. It was inconvenient since we had to pack up and move rooms, but they eventually helped us resolve it.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. From the service to Spa & wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and beauty treatments, everything was exceptional. The massage was a great experience and we loved the spa lounge ambiance and the steam room.

The pool with view had a shallow end and beach umbrellas were not available. Although this was a minor issue, it would have been an added advantage.

Staying at this hotel made me feel at home with my family. The apartment was spacious, modern, and kept clean daily. The food at the restaurants was great and the service was excellent. The "Eat as much as you like" special on Tuesdays and Brunch Carvery on Fridays were amazing. I would recommend this hotel.
