I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's located in a rapidly developing area and the modern design of the hotel is impressive. The rooms are well-maintained, and despite not having a view, they are spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, from the friendly reception team to the attentive housekeeping staff. The basic amenities provided were great, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

Only one minor issue, but overall everything was okay.

Clean rooms, cozy ambiance, friendly and helpful staff. Israae and the receptionists provide excellent assistance. Good for coffee lovers. Will definitely return for a relaxing getaway.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel offers convenient facilities and parking without any complications. The check-in and check-out process is efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, which is a big plus. The location provides easy access to everything in Dubai.

One small drawback is that there is no tea or coffee provided in the rooms.

The facilities were lovely, and the security checks made us feel safe. Our son loved the robot, and the breakfast area had a bit of everything with attentive staff. The hotel offered excellent value for money, exceeding our expectations with its amenities and services. The location was ideal, situated near various attractions and transportation options, allowing us to easily explore the area. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and high-quality food. We really enjoyed the complementary gym and swimming pool, and the outdoor movie screening was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to public transportation and close to a shopping area.

The lack of basic amenities in the room, such as a kettle and hairdryer. While we could request them, it would have been nice to have them readily available.

Our stay at Ecos Dubai Hotel At Al Furjan was enjoyable and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and peaceful, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff, especially Nurzada and Valentina, provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The facilities, although we didn't have time to explore all of them, seemed promising. we would recommend this hotel for a getaway.

As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the inclusive amenities and the staff's willingness to cater to our needs. The free parking was a bonus as well.
