Lack of basic amenities like slippers!!! The pool closing at 8 PM was a bit disappointing!!! Additionally, the opening hours for the sauna should be earlier!!! Sports channels in English are severely lacking on the TV!!!

The elevators are infuriatingly slow at times!!! Wouldn't it have been nicer to have furniture on the balcony for lounging? And can we talk about hotel check-out calls at ungodly hours? So poor on their timing!!!

this hotel is just awsome! ! the staff is super friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. the food at the restaurant is super tasty, especially breakfast, and the view from the sky bar is out of this world. the rooms are very clean and comfy, i loved having a balcony to chill on. every moment there was a blast, can’t wait to go back!

the shower door didn’t close all the way, and sometimes the AC was a bit weird to operate.
