Nothing it is perfect.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Miss Pepsi, the receptionist, was very helpful. Simbarache, the waiter, was a gentleman and helped us with choosing tours and food. Shyam, the room attendant, made sure we were happy with our room. Special thanks to Mr Akram for upgrading us to a family room and arranging breakfast before our flight. The location is near the commercial area and the reception staff are approachable and polite. There is parking available and welcome drinks upon check-in.

gateway hotel exceeded my expectations during this stay in dubai. the hotel shuttle was waiting at 2am despite my delayed flight. friendly reception, complimentary upgrade, and delicious 24-hour room service. new and tastefully decorated rooms, rooftop swimming pool with towel service, and well-equipped gym. convenient walking distance to metro and old souk.

The bathroom could use some updating as it appeared a bit worn and was not thoroughly cleaned. the pool was on the smaller side and we found it to be quite crowded during peak hours, which was a bit disappointing.

We had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was just perfect for the hot weather and we were impressed with the breakfast spread. We also appreciated how close it was to the bus stop and metro stations. Despite a few minor issues with the shower and staff, we would still recommend this hotel.

Difficult to find without proper directions.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and its convenient location in a commercial area for exploring "the old Dubai". The hotel is close to Carrefour supermarket, the ferry to go to the gold souk, and the Meena Bazaar. It is also surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

I loved my stay here! The location was great in a busy area with lots of shops nearby. The service was wonderful, especially the housekeeping and room service. The rooftop pool was a highlight and the views were amazing!

This hotel offers great value for money in a busy commercial area with narrow streets, perfect for sightseeing. Rooms are kept really clean, with basic amenities and a fresh omelette for breakfast. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, with 2 beds in the room and the breakfast menu changes every day.
