I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at Hotel Kabuki. The large TV, fast WIFI, and rain shower added to the overall comfort of the stay. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and Japantown felt safe even late at night. The modern eclectic airy lounge and traditional Japanese garden patio provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in Japan town and right next to the Kabuki spa, offering a fantastic location. The lobby and public areas are beautifully designed and create a relaxing atmosphere. We loved staying here! The location is in a super cool area with lots of interesting places to explore. Plus, there are no other breakfast options nearby, making it very convenient. Our room was in tower 2, facing a side street, but it was still lovely. The service we received was top-notch, particularly on the 2nd shift. We also appreciated the amenities, such as the sauna and garden area. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were a nice touch as well.

We highly recommend this place to everyone. The service may not match the price, but the staff tries very hard to provide great service, especially on the 2nd shift.

They were prompt in sending a technician to resolve the issue and made sure I had a functioning connection. This level of service truly impressed me and made my stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the underground garage with elevator access to the lobby and rooms. It made it convenient for us as friends going out at nights. The location was great, with plenty of food options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The shower was unique and spacious, and the huge TV was a nice touch. The hotel is located outside of the noisy city center but is easily accessible by Uber.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional, especially the front desk employees who took note of my special requests before I arrived. The corner king room I stayed in was absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to see the finished room renovations. The valet, Mark, was incredibly kind and professional, always greeting us by name with a smile. The 3rd shift desk manager was also very friendly. The comfortable rooms and beautiful gardens were a definite highlight. The hotel's proximity to Japan Center and its ease of access to the parking garage were major advantages. The common spaces, like the lounge, dining areas, and gym, were excellently designed and made my stay even more enjoyable. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
