The property and views at Granduca Austin are absolutely incredible. The beautiful room and heated pool added to the luxurious experience. The hotel is also conveniently located, providing the perfect balance between being close to Austin but away from the craziness. The little touches like chocolates on the pillow and bottled water were a lovely added bonus.

They were very accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was ideal, close enough to the city for convenience but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect romantic getaway.

The coffee machines in the room were overly complicated. It would have been much simpler and cost, effective for the hotel to provide a traditional coffee setup with single, serve coffee bags.

The staff at Hotel Viata were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were impressed with the accessible facilities and amenities provided for guests with disabilities.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect with its stunning location up on a hill in the western hills. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, making it the perfect romantic getaway. The Wild Basin Preserve hiking area is just a short drive away, and you can enjoy the wonderful views of the scenic hills west of here. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, with tasty welcome drinks, amazing room service, and an excellent offering of tours/ticket assistance.

Families might not find this venue ideal.

Located just outside of downtown, this hotel is high on a hill and offers beautiful views. The location provides easy access to most attractions, which are just a 15 to 20-minute drive away. The room was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The facilities were great, and there was a beautiful pool area with cabanas and drinks. The only downside was the occasional noise from the building's sound system. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing hotel! We traveled Halloween weekend and couldn't get a Lyft or Uber, but a staff member gave us a ride. So thankful for their kindness! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all great. The fitness room was well appointed and the staff friendly. We stayed to celebrate my son's sixth birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special day. What a fantastic experience!
