What a delightful experience at this hotel! the staff were not only polite but also incredibly helpful and cooperative, making me feel right at home. the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. the location is superb, near Emirates Mall and surrounded by supermarkets, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to assist with any requests, from arranging tours to recommending the best dining spots in the area. I truly felt pampered and well taken care of during my time here.

While my stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the breakfast service could be more organized, as I often had to ask for napkins, cutlery, and glassware.

The set-up for working in the rooms was appreciated. Despite some noise issues in the apartment suites, the staff including Sarah and Yasir were exceptional. The pool with a view and nearby landmarks like Retreat Spa and Magic Planet added to our family's bonding experience.

I recently stayed at Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha during a transit in Dubai, and I was impressed by the convenience of its location. Situated just 25 km from Dubai Creek SPB and 16 km from the Financial Centre, it made for a perfect stopover with easy access to the city's prime attractions.

During my stay, I encountered some minor inconveniences. The receptionist, Lalaine, was not as professional as I would have expected, and the room was a bit noisy in the morning.

My family and I were completely mesmerized by the breathtaking city views from the rooftop terrace. The temperature-controlled swimming pool and well-equipped gym provided a perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. The shared platters at Wok n' Chop redefined our dining experience, offering a unique and delightful way to savor Chinese cuisine. It's truly a destination with a difference.

There were noisy and impolite guests who disturbed the peace of the night, but this didn't detract from the overall outstanding experience.

The hotel's rooftop terrace was a hidden gem for soaking up city views while enjoying a swim or workout. The Club Lounge served as my peaceful retreat for breakfast and evening drinks. The bathrooms were a marble paradise with a bathtub for some much-needed relaxation. I even tried my hand at pool at the bar—let's just say my skills need some work!

Dig into local culinary treasures nearby like Shakeism and Mandarin Tree Restaurant. The Indian eatery and grocery mart are must-visits. Plus, big up the comfy rooms and swanky lobby.

When I checked in, a dirty room and a mix-up with the smoking preference left a sour taste. However, even with old towels and a room hiccup, the sparkle of the hotel still shines bright.
