My partner and I stayed at Grand Millennium for my birthday and had an amazing time. The service was impeccable and the staff, particularly Mayette at reception, Justine who helped us with our bags, and the lifeguard at the pool, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel upgraded our room, which had a picturesque view of the canal and was perfect for our birthday photos. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was always clean and tidy. our stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with our excess luggage and even helped us arrange for shipping some of it home. They were truly superb in their level of service. Additionally, the breakfasts at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

We had such an amazing time at this place. The location was perfect, in a shady area away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The service was exceptional with room service available 24/7 and a car hire and dry cleaning service on site. We loved the range of facilities available, such as the option to hire bicycles and the convenience of medical facilities and tours/ticket assistance. The room was spacious and well-equipped with great amenities such as the soundproofed walls and our own jacuzzi.

The hotel had a spacious rooftop with a pool and sitting area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The barkeeper was excellent, and the view of Burj Khalifa while swimming in the evening was breathtaking.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff were prompt and diligent, ensuring that our room was cleaned without any complaints or signs of tiredness. Another positive aspect was the flexibility in scheduling the cleaning service, as we could request the cleaner to come in whenever we were free. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was rich and satisfying, with attentive waiters always available to assist us.

I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium hotel in Dubai for a weekend getaway. The staff, from the welcoming receptionist to the helpful lifeguards at the pool, provided exceptional service. The pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic, and we enjoyed them immensely. The hotel was clean and had great amenities. The brunch at the restaurant was one of the best we've had in the UAE. I also want to mention the efficiency and friendliness of the reception staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping team, and the pleasant piano player. a wonderful stay!

In general, everything about my stay at this hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a well-equipped gym and a delightful rooftop bar called Bella. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide range of options, including delicious natural honey. The staff, particularly Eric, Jovelyn, and Aizhamal.

The staff, from the front-desk manager to the wonderful lady Milica, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel like home and took care of everything professionally. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. The location in the Business Bay area was convenient for our needs.

Our room was quickly fixed when we reported a clogged shower drain. The bell boy, named Iqbal, was a pleasure to talk to and all our pre-requests were granted. We enjoyed taking evening walks near the canal. we recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with its exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool overlooking the city. the massage and facial treatments offered were exceptional and left me feeling rejuvenated. the sun terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. the location was also ideal for exploring the city, with convenient access to transportation.

There was one minor issue where the spa lounge area was closed during my visit. the lobby bar served as a replacement, but it lacked the same level of exclusivity.

As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the accommodating and friendly staff who ensured that my needs were met.
