This hotel has a great location close to many restaurants and bars, and is set in beautiful gardens. The service and staff are basic but attentive, and the rooms with a Gulf view have amazing views.

Great location near beach. Excellent gym. White lounge and Reception staff were fantastic, especially Maika. Good services with access to beach and pool with slides for kids. Restaurants offer decent food. Walking distance to Marina JBR Walk.

I recently stayed at Habtoor Grand Resort for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel had a beautiful design and was spotlessly clean. The pool was fantastic, not too crowded, and had a serene ambiance. One of the highlights was the dining options - with five restaurants to choose from, each night brought a new culinary experience with big portions of tasty and fresh food. the hotel had a great atmosphere and plenty to do on-site.

As young people, we loved the convenient location and proximity to the beach and JBR. The staff, including Randy, Nagi, Chandan, Fiesal. The balcony of our room provided easy access to the pool, and the overall experience at Habtoor Grand Resort felt like a second home to us.

The facilities such as the pool and spa were top-notch and very enjoyable. I also really appreciated the free shuttle service.

The staff asked for 120aed for providing extra towels in a loud and unfriendly manner, which was uncomfortable. Despite that, I would highly recommend this venue to others.

This venue is a true luxury experience with exclusive amenities. the staff is always on top of everything and provided excellent service. the Spa & wellness center is amazing, with an incredible variety of massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool is always clean and the beach access is unbeatable. I particularly enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the special diet menus offered.

Located in a prime tourist area, this hotel boasts superb beach access and two towers for accommodation. The Albasha Lebanese restaurant is a great dining option for guests with excellent menu choices. Room service was top notch with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast spread was good and staff very attentive. The pool area was large with plenty of loungers and other facilities were of high quality. Additionally, the balcony not only had a great view, but was also perfect to sit and relax.

Some noise disturbances due to private events in the hotel’s open areas can affect guests’ sleep.

We had a great city break at this hotel! the complementary breakfast and high tea were a great way to start and end our days, and the restaurant staff were super friendly. the location near the beach, restaurants, and shops was perfect for exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the access to the pool and beach, which provided a relaxing and luxurious way to enjoy the warm weather.

Our room wasn't what we expected, with some outdated and worn features. some of the staff members weren't as friendly as others and we experienced some confusion over the all-inclusive drinks policy.

We had a romantic escape and there were a couple of things we really enjoyed. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and had a convenient supermarket nearby. This made it easy for us to stock up on snacks and drinks for our romantic evenings in. Lastly, the hotel offered a relaxing spa experience, which allowed us to unwind and pamper ourselves together.

the breakfast options were quite limited compared to other hotels we've stayed at. It would have been nice to have a wider range of choices to start our day.
