The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful view. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The gym was well-equipped and had a good variety of machines and weights. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short walk to the beach.

The room we stayed in had a musty smell when we arrived, and the air conditioning didn't work very well, making the room uncomfortably warm. The check-in process was also quite slow and inefficient, taking longer than expected.

Our stay at Andaz was a true delight. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was superb. The location was also very convenient, with the Grand Mosque being nearby. We were grateful for the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here before; this time was our anniversary weekend. The service and quality are impeccable. The executive suite was beyond amazing, especially the deep soaking tub and rainforest shower head! The personalized approach of the staff to your needs and their sincere warm welcome. You won't even need to stand in the queue upon check-in as the staff would cheerfully approach you and politely ask you to sit and offer you some refreshments while they are registering your details. We were treated VIP guests without stereotyping. Also, you'll enjoy their wine tasting and canapes from 5-7 pm and free-flowing coffee in the lobby, 24/7! The view was amazing and the food is great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it was in a quiet area which was perfect for me to relax. Secondly, the hotel provides exceptional service, which is always appreciated. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and came with nice views of the surrounding areas. Oh, and the breakfast had plenty of varieties to choose from.

There was some room for improvement in terms of attention to detail, as I could tell that the table wasn't cleaned beforehand.

We loved this place because it was located in a quiet and peaceful area, but still close to all the amenities we needed. The service from the staff was exceptional with great attention to detail in the room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The bell staff/porters provided prompt and friendly assistance, while the housekeeping kept the hotel immaculate. The in-room amenities made our stay more comfortable, including the tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were perfect for leisure and relaxation.

We would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation due to the excellent service and facilities provided.

As a budget traveler, I loved the great service and friendly staff at the hotel. The architectural design of the building was fascinating, both inside and outside. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views from the rooms, swimming pool, and the 18 degrees restaurant were amazing. The hotel's location was convenient, with attractions like Ferrari World, Yas Water World, and the city center within reasonable reach. it was a great place for business and leisure, with fabulous bedding and spotlessly clean rooms. The staff, including Receptionist Tom from Japan, Dayeong from Korea, Alex from the Lobby, and the bartender from Belarus, were all kind and attentive. The breakfast and pool staff were always smiling and caring.
